Does anybody know the recipe for the now extinct ';Rajun' Cajun Buffalo Chicken Strips'; served at Cheddar's?

One my family's favorite foods to eat out was the Rajun' Cajun Buffalo Chicken Strips served at Cheddar's Casual Cafe restaraunts. It isn't even on the menu anymore! The chicken strips were fried with a fabulous breading and then covered in this fabulous spicy - but not too spicy - sauce.
