There is an arabic meal that I had a while back that was pretty simple. It was just baked chicken on a bed of peas and onions. The chicken is served on the side with yogurt and sumac, when it's time to eat, so when it's cooking it's just to flavor the peas. I'm wondering if anyone knows an actual recipe for it before I try it by trial and error.Can't find a recipe for arabic meal: chicken baked on a bed of peas and onions?
