I need a new recipe for chicken breast, am tired of the one i do can someone help?

i always do it in tomatoe sauce or i just like bbq them any new idea for em to make them?

Cajun Fried Chicken or Pork





4-5 boneless chicken breasts, boneless pork chops


1 cup of self-rising flour, unsifted


1 tsp garlic salt


1 tsp cayenne pepper


1tbs Dijon mustard


1/3 cup Tabasco


录 cup water


1 鈥?1 陆 cups oil, for frying





Combine cayenne pepper, mustard, Tabasco, and water in plastic container or gallon size zip lock bag. If you pierce chicken with a fork first it will be a lot spicier (don鈥檛 do this unless you like it HOT!). Place chicken in marinade, turning to coat well. Marinate for no more than 1 hour, turning frequently.





Combine self-rising flour and garlic salt in a plastic bag or container. Add chicken to coat, one at a time is best. I use tongs so my hands don鈥檛 get messy.





Heat vegetable oil in large skillet on medium high heat.





Fry chicken pieces, turning once, for about 15-20 minutes total. Remove from pan immediately and keep warm. If you use regular pieces of chicken, with bone in, cook for at least 30-45 minutes, or until done.





Serving Suggestions:


Garlic flavored pasta or garlic mashed potatoes and green beans or broccoli.








Chicken in Champagne Sauce





4 boneless chicken breasts


1 tsp thyme


1 tsp seasoned salt (Lawry鈥檚)


1 tsp garlic salt or powder


6 tbs light margarine or butter


2/3 cup Asti Spumante or any sweet wine (use the cheapest you can find)


2 tsp flour (more if needed to thicken)


1 cup half and half or lowfat milk








Sprinkle chicken breasts with all seasonings. Heat butter in frying pan. Brown chicken. Add Asti or wine. Cover pan and simmer about 30- 40 minutes, turning twice, until chicken is tender. Remove chicken and keep warm. Thicken sauce with flour. Stir in half and half and heat sauce. Add chicken to sauce to coat. Makes 4 servings

I like to bake mine and eat it plain. Here's how I do it:





Spray one side of the chicken with butter spray


Season with salt and LOTS of pepper


Then bake it until it's done





The pepper is actually quite good. And you want to do it will whole chicken breasts, not filets.
Take boneless skinless chicken breasts and pound them until they are thin and even. Make a sauce with melted butter a little vegetable oil such as olive oil, salt and pepper and some dijon mustard. Dip your breasts in the butter mixture then place in a mixture of bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Roll up the breasts and place in an oiled baking pan. Cook at 350 degrees for half an hour covered then uncover so the breasts will brown for about half an hour. Great with a green salad.
Sprinke some Italian seasoning (Good Seasons) on each boneless breast, then sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes, Do not overcook.
Italian Chicken Breast is great! I just marinate my chicken breast in Italian salad dressing (Kraft House Italian is THE BEST!) and then bake it with some olive oil and basil. You can also marinate the chicken in olive oil and lemon. Just use two lemons-cut them in half, squeeze in the juice and put the lemons in too. Bake it like that and then take the lemons out to serve. I also make Asian chicken breast. I use a really yummy marinade from Target plus some soy sauce. You should check out all the marinades at the store, they make it really easy!

OK butterfly the chicken breast so that you have two fillets which are half as thick as you started with.





In a bowl mix the juice of two limes, a tablespoon of soy sauce, half a tablespoon of dried coriander leaf two teaspoons of sugar and a tablespoon of oil. Add the chicken and coat in the liquid, cover and leave to marinade for two hours turning once.





Heat a heavy based griddle pan add a little oil. When hot turn down to a medium heat and add the chicken breast to the pan and cook for approx 3 min each side (Actual cooking time depends on thickness of the chicken) . In the last minute of cooking on the second hand pour in the marinade and reduce down.





Serve with mix of veg and couscous.
Take 6 chicken breasts and put a whole bottle of Catalina dressing in a bag with the chicken. Leave it in the fridge over night, then bake it in the oven with any italian cheese and some italian seasoning (there's usually a type of seasoning mix titled ';Italian'; in the grocery store). Enjoy!
You can go simple. Bar-b-cue chicken with just season salt. We use that as a quick dinner with rice or noodles and a veggie.





The other we do is oven baked chicken. Basically dredge the chicken in an egg-wash or buttermilk wash, whatever you might normally do to start making fried chicken, then dredge it in crushed corn flakes (how course or fine is up to you) mixed with whatever seasoning you like (I do Italian seasonings with salt and pepper), drizzle lemon juice and bake in a 350 degree oven. *Yummy*
