- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack %26amp; Cheddar cheeses


- 1 1/2 cups shredded, cooked chicken


- 1 teaspoon ground cumin


- 10 MANNY'S鈩?Corn Tortillas


- Oil for frying tortillas








Directions


For Taquitos: In bowl, combine cheese, chicken and ground cumin. Soften tortillas. Place about 录 cup of the chicken mixture on each tortilla. Roll tortillas up tightly; secure each with a wooden toothpick. Lightly brush tortillas with oil. In large skillet, in oil, cook tortillas over medium heat until lightly browned.
