Pulled/Shredded BBQ chicken sandwich recipe please? I'd prefer a crockpot recipe. Thanks!?

Crock-Pot Pulled Chicken Sandwiches

This is a simple solution to making barbecue pulled chicken sandwiches and popular alternative to pulled pork. You won't get the authentic flavor of real, smoked chicken but this is a great way to make barbecue chicken without a smoker.

INGREDIENTS:

1 whole chicken, cut up

1 onion, chopped

1 (16 ounce) can of cola

1/2 cup ketchup

3 tablespoons brown sugar

salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon liquid smoke

PREPARATION:

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker or crock-pot over low heat. Stir and let cook for 8 hours. Remove chicken from slow cooker. Remove skin and bones and shred. Serve on buns or rolls. 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Place chicken in a slow cooker. In a bowl, mix all other ingredients. Pour over the chicken. Cover, and cook 6 hours on low.
