I want the real recipe for Arabic chicken Kebabs ?

The one with the ground meat - long ones - even iranian or iraqi would do - also is it possible to pan fry it instead of barbequing or skewering it??I want the real recipe for Arabic chicken Kebabs ?
I know a recipe for beef not for chicken. I have never heard of chicken kebabs and I'm Lebanese.

Ok for the beef ones. Get ground beef, chop parsley and onions very small. add to the meat and put salt, pepper and cinnamon. Mix together and put the on skewers and BBQ them.

You can fry them but instead of putting them onto skewers , make them into patties and fry them in a pan.

I hope this helps and try it its very good and fancy.I want the real recipe for Arabic chicken Kebabs ?
Shish Taouk - Chicken Kebabs

* 2 lbs cubed chicken breast

* 3 tablespoons lemon juice

* 1 tablespoon olive oil

* 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

* 1/4 teaspoon cumin

* 1/2 teaspoon pepper

* 1/8 teaspoon cayenne

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Allow chicken to marinate for 2-24 hours, covered in the refrigerator.

Place chicken on the skewers (about 5 pieces on each). Grill for 15 minutes or until done. Remember to turn skewers during cooking.

Serve shish taouk with a bed of rice, bread and a salad. Enjoy!
The world is full of 'real' recipes for everything - you would need to be country, region, town and neighborhood specific ... suggest you search Middle Eastern cuisine and try a few recipes until you come up with the one you like best. Shouting at people with capital letters is annoying especially when you appear to be confused as to what you want. As shish kebab is threaded on a skewer and roasted, or grilled, your asking about pan-frying would change the name of what you're searching for.

See link for a recipe you may want to try.
