ive actually made this recipe and you could easily modify it to make kabobs.. just do the marinade as written.. just cut the chicken into good size pieces so that they can be skewered.. this chicken was so freaking good... i think you should try it.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup malt vinegar
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon mixed spice (i would recomend chinese 5 spice)
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground cardamom (and i used like 5 pods cause i didnt have ground)
8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
1/2 cup tahini
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
salt and pepper to taste
4 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/2 cup sliced onion
4 cups shredded lettuce
8 pita bread rounds
DIRECTIONS
In a glass baking dish, mix together the malt vinegar, 1/4 cup yogurt, vegetable oil, mixed spice, cardamom, salt and pepper. Place the chicken thighs into the mixture and turn to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a small bowl, mix together the tahini, 1/4 cup yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper, taste, and adjust flavors if desired. Cover and refrigerate.
Cover the chicken and bake in the marinade for 30 minutes, turning once. Uncover, and cook for an additional 5 to 10 minutes, or until chicken is browned and cooked through. Remove from the dish, and cut into slices.
Place sliced chicken, tomato, onion, and lettuce onto pita breads. Roll up, and top with the tahini sauce.Im looking for an easy recipe for chicken kabobs, lots of flavor please.?

Make a ';dressing'; first (at least a day before):
natural yoghurt
good curry mixture
garlic powder (not fresh one since it could burn and get bitter on the grill)
let the chicken pcs soak in this mixture for at least 24 h! So they really soak in the nice taste.
You can add fresh onions,bell peppers etc. between the pieces if you wish.
Cut up chicken into chunks and let marinard in teriakyi sauce over night. Cut up both onion and green peppers in to chucks. Before adding ingredients to the Kabob sticks soak in water until moist.
Add ingredients and cook on the grill over an open flame.
Honey and soy sauce!
It can't get any more flavorful or simpler than this one.
Boneless chicken breasts sliced bite sized.
I half cup of Olive Oil
1/4 cup of Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 Tablespoon ';Jerk'; spice.
1/4 cup Sherry - Optional
Mix everything together in your marinade dish and turn over frequently for approximately 1 - 2 hours keeping your chicken evenly coated.
Grill on Hot grill and do not over cook!

1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup water, part pineapple juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon sugar or artificial sweetener
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1/4 cup sherry
3 boneless chicken breasts, cut in 1-inch chunks
1 8(oz) can pineapple chunks
3 medium apples, cubed
PREPARATION:
Whisk together soy sauce, oil, water (or pineapple juice and water), garlic, sugar, wine vinegar, and sherry. Add chicken, pineapple, and apple. Marinate for 20 minutes. Alternate chicken, pineapple and apple on skewers.
