I am a former chef and worked in Jamaica, and there are several, Jerk Chicken is one, a Jamaican Curry is another and there is a Jamaican chicken stew with a dumplings like a noodle made with cornmeal in them.

Roasted chicken with a variety of Jamaican root veg like the west indian sweet potato, yellow yams and carrotand or parsnips. And served with rice and peas or johnnycake ( a bread made with cornmeal), even a side of fried plantains or stewed calallo.
