Need EASY Recipe & healthy. Have Chicken Breast to bake-what can I spice them with or use to make them good...?

Lo Fat/Lo Calries is what we want. Just baking the breast is so boring. Only have FF Cheese slices but I do have a few spices, roasted and fresh red peppers, EVOO, onions, not too much on help. No cream soup. Do have brown rice.Need EASY Recipe %26amp; healthy. Have Chicken Breast to bake-what can I spice them with or use to make them good...?
Rub them with some spice, then put them in a pan with sliced onions. drizzle with just a bit of evoo and bake.





Italian: basil, rosemary, roasted red peppers.


Mexican: chili powder or other hot spice.


Cajun: garlic and paprika with red peppers or cayenne


Indian: mint, curry, onions--serve with yogurt if you have it.


African: cardamon, allspice, cinnamon, or other sweet spice. Add tomatoes and onions and a drop of honey. Delicious.

CHICKEN and VEGETABLE PASTA





This tasty, low-fat meal is a great alternative to conventional salad and is full of protein and fresh vegetables.





Ingredients serves 4





* 4 chicken fillets cut into chunks


* 1 pepper (any colour) cubed


* 1 courgette cut into chunks


* 1 red onion quartered


* 2 tomatoes halved


* Salt and black pepper


* 1tbsp oil


* 175g dry pasta





Method





1. Put the vegetables on a roasting pan and drizzle with most of the oil. Season with salt and pepper and place under a hot grill for 5 - 10 mins, turning occasionally, until softened and slightly charred.








2. Wipe a large frying pan with the remaining oil, heat the pan and add the chicken pieces.








3. Cook over a high heat for about 4 - 5 mins, turning the chicken frequently until it is golden brown all over.








4. Meanwhile, cook the pasta as per pack instruction in a large pan of boiling water. Drain and return to the pan.








5. Add the charred vegetables and chicken to the pasta and toss.

buy some bisquick mix and spice it with your own spices. coat the chicken and bake it.
marinade in soy sauce, serve w/the brn rice.
