Does anyone know the pizza ranch recipe for their chicken with wild rice soup?

CREAM OF CHICKEN WILD RICE SOUP





4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed


1 box UNCLE BEN'S庐 long grain and wild rice with herbs and seasonings (original)


2 cans cream of celery soup


Milk





Cook rice according to package directions. In large pan, combine soup and 2 soup cans milk. Add rice and chicken, stirring well. Add additional milk to thin as desired.Does anyone know the pizza ranch recipe for their chicken with wild rice soup?
Chicken and Wild Rice Soup





1/2 cup butter


1 finely chopped onion


1/2 cup chopped celery


1/2 cup sliced carrots


1/2 pound fresh sliced mushrooms


3/4 cup all-purpose flour


6 cups chicken broth


2 cups cooked wild rice


1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed


1/2 teaspoon salt


1/2 teaspoon curry powder


1/2 teaspoon mustard powder


1/2 teaspoon dried parsley


1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper


1 cup slivered almonds


3 tablespoons dry sherry


2 cups half-and-half








Directions





Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the onion, celery and carrots and saute for 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms and saute for 2 more minutes. Then add the flour and stir well. Gradually pour in the chicken broth, stirring constantly, until all has been added. Bring just to a boil, reduce heat to low and let simmer.





Next, add the rice, chicken, salt, curry powder, mustard powder, parsley, ground black pepper, almonds and sherry. Allow to heat through, then pour in the half-and-half. Let simmer for 1 to 2 hours.Does anyone know the pizza ranch recipe for their chicken with wild rice soup?
This is not their exact recipe (well, I dunno, maybe it *is*), but it coudl be a nice jumping-off point for you as you experiment!








Wild Rice %26amp; Chicken Soup





1 (6 oz) box Original Uncle Ben's Long Grain %26amp; Wild Rice


1 can cream of chicken soup


1 can cream of mushroom soup


2 2/3 C. milk


1 large chicken breast, cooked and chopped or shredded


1/4 C. thinly sliced carrots


1/4 C. diced celery


3/4 C. chopped onion


1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms


3/4 cup white wine


salt %26amp; pepper to taste


2 T. silvered almonds, toasted


1 T. fresh chopped parsley





Cook the wild rice mix according to package directions. (Instead, you could cook 陆 cup wild rice in 2 cups water for about 45 minutes.)





Put condensed soups in a big pot along with milk and stir until smooth. Add all the veggies and chicken, and simmer. Reduce heat and stir in wine, rice, and parsley. Simmer 30 minutes. Taste for salt and pepper. (You will probably need S%26amp;P if you used the plain wild rice.) Ladle into bowls, and garnish each bowl with almonds and parsley. If you like a thinner soup, you can add more wine, or chicken broth.
