Boil chicken with chopped onion ,celery ,salt,pepper, poultry seasoning,garlic,parsley and i like to cheat a bit so i add KORR bouillon cubes usually 2 to the stock, remember all of the ingredients are to taste so start out using a tablespoon of each and go from there, let chicken boil till done and strip from the bone and take off any skin, and return to the pot and let come to a boil dont remove any veggies, add some carrots and noodles, let boil till tender and its lunch.
