.
Take some chicken and cook it with a curry sauce. Maybe add some cocoanut milk.
When I make chicken curry I cut up the chicken in bite size pieces and fry in a little oil just for color, you can add a half a diced onion if you like. then I add water to cover the chicken. I add a couple of teaspoons of chicken bouillion powder (Knorr) I use about 4-5 tablespoons of curry powder. you can add more if you like a deeper flavor. I also add a pinch of red pepper to spice it up , I do not usually add salt because the boullion is salty. It cooks very fast, about 20-30 mins. The sauce will thicken , make sure not to let it get dry. I usually add more water because I like to have more sauce, so the rice is not dry. In a bowl I cut up onions and tomatoes and put equal amounts of vinegar and sugar and mix and let sit while the food is cooking. I serve the chicken on top of white (jasmine) rice , I put some of the tomatoes and onions on top of that and then I cut up a banana on top of that . It is great, everyone I have ever served it to has loved it.
Get a chicken, add some curry sauce and heat it up.
