I need a chicken slow cooker recipe with no mushrooms in it?

Apricot Glazed Chicken


1 cup good-quality chunky apricot


preserves


3/4 cup bottled Russian dressing


1 x 1 1/8 ounces dry onion soup mix


12 x skinless boneless chicken


breast halves trimmed of


(about 3 1/2 to 4 pounds)





Method :


1. In a medium bowl, mix together the apricot preserves, dressing, and dry soup mix until well blended. Arrange 3 of the chicken breast halves in the bottom of a 3 1/2 quarter electric slow cooker. Spoon a fourth of the apricot mixture on top. Add 3 more layers of chicken with the apricot mixture in between and on top.


2. Cover and cook on the high setting 1 hour. Reduce the heat setting to low and continue cooking, covered, 2 1/2 to 3 hours, or until the chicken is tender and white throughout; do not overcook or the chicken will toughen. Serve the sauce over the chicken.





...this is just one of 756 chicken crockpot recipes on this site...some recipes have mushrooms but theres no law that you have to add them to the recipe and they really don't make much of a difference in taste if you leave them out.

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces


1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces


2 cups mushrooms, halved (I like crimini)


2 cups water


1 cup frozen small whole onions (or 3/4 cup chopped onion)


1 cup celery, sliced, 1/2 inch slices


1 1/2 cups carrots, thinly sliced


1 teaspoon paprika (make sure to use good quality paprika for full flavor!)


1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste


1 teaspoon dried rubbed sage


1/2 teaspoon dried thyme


1/2 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground, to taste


14 1/4 ounces chicken broth


6 ounces tomato paste


1/4 cup water


3 tablespoons cornstarch

You can either use a whole chicken or chicken breasts.





1 can of cream of chicken soup


1 can cream of celery soup


5-6 cloves of garlic


salt and pepper to taste


A couple of sprigs of rosemary


Add water to cover chicken.





Cook for 6 hours depending on what type of chicken you use, then at the last hour put rice in there and turn to high. (take out the rosemary before you do that)

Use a whole chicken or Breasts,





one bottle of BBQ sauce and fill the rest with water to cover chicken, and cook on low for six hours.
Add your ingredients such as chicken, celery, onion, and carrots without mushrooms that will be good too.

Baked Slow Cooker Chicken

INGREDIENTS:


1 (2 to 3 pound) whole chicken


salt and pepper to taste


1 teaspoon paprika

DIRECTIONS:


Wad three pieces of aluminum foil into 3 to 4 inch balls, and place them in the bottom of the slow cooker.


Rinse the chicken, inside and out, under cold running water. Pat dry with paper towels. Season the chicken with the salt, pepper and paprika, and place in the slow cooker on top of the crumbled aluminum foil.


Set the slow cooker to High for 1 hour, then turn down to Low for about 8 to 10 hours, or until the chicken is no longer pink and the juices run clear.
