What's the recipe for chinese garlic brown sauce with mix veggies, served with deep fried boneless chicken?

At the restaurant they just called it ';Boneless Fried Chicken with Vegetables';.

CHINESE BROWN SAUCE





2 tsp. cooking oil


2 tbsp. Hoisin sauce


1 tbsp. vinegar


2 tbsp. sugar


1 tsp. white pepper


5 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce


1 tbsp. ketchup


2 tsp. garlic powder


2 tsp. ginger


1 1/2 tbsp. cooking wine


3 tbsp. water





Put oil in saucepan and heat, then add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer 3 minutes. Stir fry chicken and vegetables of your choice. Add brown sauce and heat through.What's the recipe for chinese garlic brown sauce with mix veggies, served with deep fried boneless chicken?
Roasted Garlic Sauce





2 heads of garlic (5 ounces total)


1/2 cup chicken broth


1/4 tsp dried rosemary, crumbled


1/4 tsp each salt and pepper


1/2 tsp grated lemon zest


1 tbsp lemon juice


2 tbsp chopped parsley





Preheat the oven to 450 deg F. Wrap each head of garlic in foil. Bake for 45 minutes or until very soft when squeezed. When cool enough to handle, cut off the stem end from each head of garlic, squeeze the garlic pulp into a small bowl, and mash with a fork.





Add the mashed garlic, the broth, 1/2 cup of water, the rosemary, salt, pepper, and lemon zest, and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer, cover, and cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 minutes, add the lemon juice and parsley into the sauce. Serve the chicken topped with the sauce.
