i lost mine, well the ingredients were cream cheese, ranch dressing, cheese, and hot sauce, i think, oh and chicken.

Cream cheese


Mayonnaise


(about equal quantities, maybe a little more cream cheese)


Roasted garlic





Blitzed together. Yummy. The roasted garlic gives it a slightly sweet, smoky flavour.





(Roast the garlic by putting the whole house into the oven with a little olive oil over it, until soft)

Mayo (as much as you need)


tiny amount of a real chilli


splash of Worcester sauce


Garlic (roasted)


Minced onions to level of a paste


Spring Onions -chopped


Cheese -if you have to,it often messes up the flavour and adds lots of fat.


And relax,smile and serve


Oh a chicken ,dead and roasted then grilled after-less fat than fried.
